I'm able to create new threads and reply in other categories, and apparently in this ESC overview forum as well, but I can't seem to figure out how to make replies in the subcategories here.

Based on the limited amount of replies some threads in these subcategories have, I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing that kind of problem. Is there some kind of post count requirement to make replies to category threads?

Last post in 2011 for example.
