To start...I work in Real Estate and Zillow (an online home valuation site) has just started a service that allows you to set a "make me an offer" price for your home...
What is Make Me Move?
Make Me Move is a free and easy way to tell others the price you'd be willing to sell your home for, without actually putting it on the market. It's that magical number you just can't refuse.
How Does It Work?
Once you set your Make Me Move price, potential buyers can contact you anonymously via e-mail. Then it's up to you whether or not to sell your home.

The Cherokee Rose is a wild rose that is found from Florida to Okla. and along the coastal plains of the east,It is about 3in. in diameter, has 5 petals and yellow stamens.
The Legend of the Cherokee Rose
The mothers of the Cherokee grieved so much that the chiefs prayed for a sign to lift the mothers spirits,and give them strength to care for their children.From that day forward a beautiful new flower,a rose grew wherever a mothers tear fell to the ground. The rose is white for the mothers tears,It has a gold center ,for the gold taken from the Cherokee lands ,and 7 leaves on each stem that stand for the 7Cherokee clans that made the journey.and is prolific along theTrail of Tears.
It is also the state flower of Georgia
