He doesn't. The problem is if he feels *insecurity* from having a small cock, and feel he needs to compensate by having a pompus attitude or something.
However, there is compensating and there's compensating. I have one ex lover who had a small cock, and he *compensated* by being superb with both his hands and his tongue with oral sex.

alot of ladies tell me that it has to do with them too...if they are shallow inside or deeper....some ladies could take a 10" and others could get easily filled by a guy that was only 4" i guess you just have to get lucky (more ways than one) and hope that you both fit together very well.
