Yes, it was. At Costco they have a creamy horseradish cheese that I have tried but never purchased. Looks like it would melt well.

we went quick & relatively cheap with Pizza from Little Caesar's....$5 hot & ready to pick up (for the pepperoni & cheese $8 for the triple meat feast)

Not sure about this evening. We're going to spend the day in Decatur at my wife's brother's home. Last night, we had cheese and bean enchiladas with rice, a great salad and some white cake afterwards. Very good.

I had to Google that name since I've never seen it. Read a half dozen recipes and it sounds delish! Will have to give it a try.

We do that every so often, too. Scrambled eggs, some form of meat, and toast. Makes for a nice, light dinner. Yesterday evening, after a day at my brother-in-law's with tons of good food to eat ... we just had a fast food burger and fries as we drove home.

I stuffed tomatoes with imitation crab meat salad and served it on a bed of lettuce. Even the kids enjoyed it! Win!
