Those Depression era parents really taught us well, didn't they??
I think their motto must have been "You never know when you're going to need it." I swear my mother never threw anything away!! And of course neither do I!
The only way I've gotten rid of the clutter, hers and ours, is as a result of 2 separate housefires, 11 years apart. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but it sure did get rid of a lot of stuff!!
