I've found the family likes it best when I use the KISS system (Keep It Simple, Stupid)...when I try to get fancy with the extra flavors, someone always yelps (humans are so change averse)...therefore...

Eggs, milk, whisk briskly, saute in iron skillet with butter (or butter-flavored PAM spray), when ambition strikes sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the raw side before turning, serve hot w/syrup...& like pancakes & waffles, be sure to pile up the extra supply before calling anyone to the table, because the 1st serving will disappear in the time it takes to turn back to the stove...
