I say getting hit 'down there' because you can work on a remedy for all the others. You can help a clueless partner to get a clue, you can add lube if it's too dry, almost any situation you're in where you would end up needing an orgasm will generally allow for some type of release, ("i.e., Excuse me, I have to go use the men's room..."), but you can't do anything once you've been hit 'down there' except writhe in pain. And maybe get an icepack...
