Cheyanne, Estroven is good stuff, I take it too. I've done alot of reading and have found that 1200 mg. of calcium per day is supposed to have a higher rate of effectiveness on PMS, etc, than antidepressants do. You take 600mg with breakfast, and 600mg with lunch. I also take ST. John's Wort at bedtime.

I can't say it's eliminated all my ups and downs, but it's definitely helped.
