Thanks for reviving this thread, jtaylor. It's really very heartening to see how many men profess to prefer a BBW over your "super model" types.
I'm still a BBW, but although I don't have a major problem with being one, I am hoping to not be quite as big for too much longer.
My doctor has determined for health reasons I am a prime candidate for gastric bypass surgery. This is not something I would undertake without very careful consideration and a lot of research. But my long term health is at stake. I am at serious risk for a stroke, among other things if I don't get the weight off soon. The doctor doesn't want me to get too thin. Maybe around 150, and at only 5', I'd still be 'curvy', not a Twiggy by any stretch of the imagination.
I wonder have any of our Pixies ever had this done? Has anyone close to you had it done? How did it go for you/them? How difficult has it been to adjust your eating habits? I'm very interested in anything you care to share about your experience.
And to all the men who say they love BBWs.......if your BBW had to do this, would it change how you feel about her?
