1) There was a fire in my apartment building (in the unit right below mine) that resulted in me not being able to live there for 1-3 months as they repair. Fortunately nothing of mine was destroyed, just smoke damage. However, when the apartments are ready for tenants again, my landlord is moving me downstairs to help ease my back issues (at least regarding climbing stairs)

2) My brother volunteered to let me stay at his place until I can move back in, and he's hooked me up with internet on my computer (something I haven't had in almost 2 years, I've been stuck using my kindle)

3) Found out today that the company doing the clean up will be moving my store to a storage unit for free, thanks to the apartment building's owner's insurance.
