"21 days
is a habit. 40 a way of life."
Someone recently said this to me. This person had challenged themselves to do something for 21 days in an effort to make it a habit and then continued toward 40 hoping for a permanent change.
Is there a change you want to make? Could you do it for 21 days?
My friend has avoided any, I mean any, negative talk for over 21 days now. I am eager to see the changes in him the next time we meet.
What do you think? 21 days? What could you do differently?
