Sad to say my note of this quake bears significant result. There are 60,000 people missing at this early reporting with over 12,000 already confirmed dead.
I am pleased to see the Chinese response to an event of this magnitude that came without warning and feel more shame for our Katrina response that had almost a week of notice.
