If a 'bonjour jacques' happens after the topic has been discussed quite a bit, I think it's cool. It would be kinda annoying if people started threads & they were immediately 'jacqued' time & time again.

Having said that, if the same people post threads that are bound to cause unwelcome controversy (misplaced threads for the site, forum, etc.), I say 'jacques' away!
