Pagan 2010
 

As you guys know I am hoping that a few of you are interested in getting together in Vegas this coming summer. My time there will be brief 3/4 days 2/3 nights, as it will be part of a much longer family vacation. So my questions are-
1) Are you interested in a Vegas PAGAN during the summer of 2010?
2) What dates would you consider?

I would love to come. Unfortunately all my income is going to be put into a wedding that year.

Oshkosh will be from July 26- Aug 01, and I was hoping that PAGAN would nestle in ahead of that. 18-19 July is the weekend before, which I hope will suit everyone.

I need it to be before as well. August cuts me too close to school. Vegas is cheaper on week days. Could you do sometime between the 20th and 23rd??

Do people need weekends?? Would week days work??

We'd love to come, but, 2010 may be iffy for Vegas. Too many things happening. Haven't given up total hope, but the odds are for sure less than 50%. May try to work out with OF and his bride a get together near Oshkosh. :) That may be more do-able.

OF, I have been trying to talk him into that for a LONG time, lol

Vega$ is not doable for me, regardless of time. Ah, well.



Well, I'd consider a date with you, Lilith.

It seems Vegas is reasonable enough to get to as we had guessed. But we know the days of affordable rooms and meals are gone. Not to mention that the sights and shows are long bucks now. I will make the dates good for me and hope we can line up some inexpensive accommodations and activities.

(Can you have them put up a barbed wire fence around the craps tables?)

You don't HAVE to play the tables. You can sit back with me and watch the women wobble past.

I'm not doing Vegas on the cheap. :p I am staying at a nice hotel on the strip. Think Bellagio or Paris or the like. I will have my peeps with me so it may be a matter of me meeting up with you guys where you guys decide to stay.

Vegas in July is NOT what my dream vacation would be but I'm open to any days between 18th - 23rd. If weekends would enable more Pixies to be there, I'm good. If cheaper weekdays work better I'll go for that. The furnace temps will be the same. :faint:

I'm looking at Trump's place, Paris or The Mirage. Kind of middle ground, not the best or the worst. Trumps is posh but no casino. Of course there are 34897629873489257423957423975 across the street.

Mr. Red and I would be interested; we can get to Vegas more easily than a lot of places, and it'd be neat to meet folks. July would be fine; it ain't gonna be any hotter in Vegas than it is at home! I'm with Lil; if I'm going to Vegas, I'm staying somewhere nice (though we don't care if there's on-site casino or not), preferably with massage on-site.

In my dreams...Lost Wages is one of those places, along with the Grand Canyon, I'd like to see once before I die, but the $$$ always seems to run out on me just west of the Mississippi River...

Not to mention a chance to meet real Pixies again...

Yes, when and where? I need to pay close attention as I'm guarding the Colors. :D However, there may be the possibility that I will be heavily gravid in the summer, so long trips from MN wouldn't be comfy. I may just have to ship the Colors to 2010 PAGAN. :)

Right now, since I'm not expecting another Mayhem/Lizz part deux, I would say yes we will go to vegas, but if in the next few months, if the bunny dies, then no.

Never mind Lil. I made reservations for us already. I know you'd want to stay at Circus Circus, where the clown bellhops bring everyting right to your room. :D

Yep.

We'll book this week as well for hotel, plane when it gets closer. We've got multiple flights daily from here to LV.
