Ok so i got an e-mail from USCIS today saying that they have transferred our case from one office to another.. We are not sure yet why this is but looking on another forum to do with it a lot of people have had the same issue.

I am waiting on a reply from my lawyer to see if they know whats going on... all is still moving though

Did the other forum mention how long it took after being transfered?

You have to submit Form T-92847713973-a, (in quad triplicate, notarized by a witch doctor from Haiti, before two heads of Parliament, with the seal of the Vatican) within 30 days of the first high tide before the last Tuesday in spring, requesting Form T-92847713973-b that will provide you with the proper request for case location from the 2nd clerk in the Department of FUGOWE. :cool:

Today I got the second official notice that our case was transferred. It feels like it is on the same kind of paper that $$ USD are made out of, complete with watermarks "Department of Homeland Security" and green tinted paper.

as of today we are on day 52 of a projected 90-120 day wait..... time marches on......

HOWEVER!!!! Tickets are now booked and confirmed for a month visit over in the UK :D I am so Flippin excited!!! I get to see my love on the 27th of July :D:D:D

Ah all is getting better finally..

All petitions like ours had been held up due to a new act called IMBRA. International Marrage Brokers Regulation Act. Basically its there to protect ppl but it means that everything got held up while they argue about what the form should look like.

Yesterday (June 29th) our lawyers recieved a request for evidence from USCIS. About 10,000 people are getting these to comply with the new law. Bacically Lizz has to tick a box saying we didnt meat through an online dating service and sign and return. Hopefully once they get it we will be processed very quickly.

Oh and btw SHES GONNA VISIT ME YAY
