Great place, MK. In the Alps we have some places looking rather like that. I always like going there if I can. But that is around 100-150 km away.
Dicksbro, I like your photographic taste! Great area! |

We just got a digital camera.My wife had(What;I think)is a good
idea.I never think of these things! We are both from New England; and take the colorful foliage;for granted. As my wife said:People travel miles and spend;small;fortunes to see this.Would any members;be interested;in some foliage pictures? The camera;isn't hooked up;to the computer yet.It would be a while;but I promise; that it will be before fall(autumn)is over. Irish PS.I'm from Connecticut and my wife is from New Hampshire;so we have always seen this.We live in New Hampshire;now. |

I could not resist. Here is a picture I took of an area of Buenos Aires called La Boca. This is a little street there named Caminito. It is popular with all the tourists.

Anaiss, The view from you window seems very clear. I take it then that air polution is not much of an issue in Barcelona.

Now that I've finally gotten a digital camera I've become a picture-taking fool! I've always loved to take pictures but the cost of developing/printing has been prohibitive at times. With the digital I can take as many as I like now. Some of these were actually taken by Cabrylla while I was driving, the others we taken by yours truly. :D I am in love with my new home, the Missouri Ozarks and I'd love to share some pictures with you.... Driving from Branson toward home.... |

Scene from India....No one has been able to answer what this Aztec like rock pyramid is doing in India at a elevation of more than 15,000 ft and in a area where normally all you find is sand.

Asideline.....it was great getting a head at that locale!!!!!!!!!

Just to let everyone know.New Hampshire has been known,
for the"Old Man In the Mountain".It was a rock outcropping that most people said looked like a face. The outline was on road signs,State Police cars, etc. It collapsed last weekend. The current Gov. and radio stations, etc.,have been talking of ways to replace it.They had a maintenance crew, guide wires, etc., to keep it,but nothing lasts forever! Irish |
Murga absolutely breathtaking!!!!
