Went to a K-12 school, biggest graduating class ever, 30 :D

Couldn't have Chinese fire drills cause we only had one blinking yellow light:p So we would set a kitchen timer and drive around, when it went off we had to do one :p

Haven't been sledding in a pasture, but I have been ice scating (or at least making an attempt at ice scating) in one. :)

Every thing mentioned is so true!!

Anyone else ever hear of 'Cow plop BINGO'? First a big field is marked off in squares.... people buy a square.... then a cow is put in the field.... if it 'goes' in your square you win!! Very slow game. LOL. But usually its at a fair so while you wait you can watch the tractor pulls, take part in the watermelon seed spitting contest, see the 4-H entries and pig out on fair food!! :-)

Mercury_Maniac 10-19-2004 03:54 PM

I went to a one room school house when I was in first & second grade. One teacher, 20 kids, grades one through six. I was the only first grader and the following year I was the only second grader. We moved the summer after second grade and I went to a 'huge' school..... each grade had its own classroom and thier own teacher! There was only one third grade class of 31 kids but to me that was incredible! I was so excited to be with other kids my age!
