It sounds like you may be on the right track if you take attention off her clit once she's "too sensitive". Is her "too sensitivity" the "need to pee" feeling? Ask her. And, if it is, assure her that most likely she will not pee. (Especially if she goes to the bathroom before you two begin to play!)

It just so happens that the Man who "showed" me that I could squirt was a Dominant and would not "ease up" on me no matter how much I pleaed since He was not actually hurting me and I never used a safe word. It may be torturous to still get played with when "too sensitive" but it's a delicious torture and can bring forth amazing orgasms that one could not even imagine!

It's something I can try to work on. I have no pics of me squirting thus far.

I also get this need to pee. I didn't know what it was at first but I've since discovered that if my husband 'rubs' my G-spot through deep pentration it triggers me to ejaculate and my orgasms are superb.

this is so good to know. I've stopped many a people b/c of that feeling. I'll try and stick with it from now on and see where that leads.

A good rule of thumb is to pee before you start for the night. If you have an empty bladder than you know you do not actually have to pee. :)
