Awww thanks! too sweet! I even tried downloading and installing arabic and chinese fonts but it's just not going as smoothly as I hoped. You know that feeling when you decide something is a cool idea and then nothing makes it easy to accomplish? :spin:

If it's only a few sentences, I recommend you PM jseal...I think he has some knowledge...or at least could recommend someone who can.

I just had another thought. You mentioned that your area has an arabic presence, are any of those people students that have come into contact at the university? During my last semester I worked in a group with a Chinese woman and Korean man. All their notes were in their native languages, as well as their word programs. It might be as easy as giving your document to someone that has an arabic format of word and having them copy and paste, or re-typing for you on the arabic keyboard (not completely sure how it would work). Might be easiest to use the "human" resources rather than the internet in this case.

Good ideas..every last one. I know of someone I can get to help me on the Chinese.

I went to a shareware site, dowloaded an arabic font then typed what I needed in the font (I am part Syrian and have "mother" and "father" tattooed on the back of my neck). I have checked this with a Syrian friend of mine and it was correct. Hope it helps.

I tried to do that as well ( getting the font from a uni website) but it didn't work for me....would you please PM me the link to the shareware?
