That was my guess. Rather than having to use batteries, it draws power from the USB port itself. Anyone find out for sure yet? :) |
Yeah ... USB ports can put out about 500 milliamps, enough to drive small motors and such. That is for the internal USB ports on your 'puter.
If you get an external USB port, you can attach devices that require much more power since external USB ports are equipped with their own power supply. Make sure you shop for a "powered" external USB port. Now Sprinkles ... having said that, I willingly volunteer to come over and do some software testing with that thing with you. Buzz me up, Scotty. thedog |

AAAHAHAHA!! that´s a funny one. But be careful... you might get electricuted, or worse, have your self transported deep inside your PC like in the movie "Tron"! :D The things they invent today... tecnology for the 21st century i guess. Go for it! Give it a try, and then tell us what it´s like. |
HHHMMM,I'd like to see a little bullet device or a vibe you could strap to your hard on that could be operated by another pixie through a keyboard or mouse from across the country. Now if we can send a man to the moon, then why can't a worth while invention like that be a possibility.
