Just saw on FB dicksbro's son had posted a sort of memorial poem for hisdad .. our very good friend dicksbro.

That sad fact is all I know. No date, cause, nothing. Others may, in which case please share.

Seems our dear friend passed on 18th November 2025. Thanks to arsejotter's crappy algorithms, I have only found out today.

And, due to some serious ineptitude on my part, the title of this thread is totally incorrect .. .. and I can't work out how to change it!

I'm even more upset now.

You are precisely correct dm383 in your posting. :D DB has transitioned in the manner we all will. So your posting was correct and meaningful for our few visiting members.

I became aware just before Christmas but I haven't brought much other news than well loved members leaving us of late. I didn't have any details and noticed DB becoming quiet here at Pixies last spring. Few to none of our site Search Engines seem to function any longer but I understood DB had been long active in his Lodge and was now involved on State Office level.

Having enjoyed meeting him and Mrs. DB at a few of our PAGAN functions of course make us all more 'real'. He and I share birthdates close to 6 months apart. He left a very large family of children that will miss him very much. :tear:
I know any Pixie that was here for a couple years will miss his always kind words and sense of humor. :cheers:

DB was a friend to everyone and shared his humour and his quick wit

in the games forum and would post some great poeiry!


i send my deepest condolences to his family. He will be missed.
